Deletion requests

Request deletion of your data, or permanently close your HiLo account. This page doesn’t require signing in — we’ll ask for your name and registered mobile number, then verify it’s you with a one-time code before doing anything.

Both flows collect your name and mobile number, verify it’s you with a one-time code sent to that number, then submit your request to our privacy team. Requests are typically processed within 15 days.
